I viewed a property in New Hyde Park through Signature Premier Properties. Unfortunately, my experience with the real estate agent, Marie O’Connor Grant, was disappointing. During the viewing, the agent’s attitude came across as disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable and fell well below the level of service one would expect when dealing with such an important decision. Sherry Krapf is a horrible real estate agent. I sent her a text regarding a house as she was the listing agent. She calls me randomly and when I couldn’t answer she texts “I tried to call you.” When I called her back she was very rude. I asked her a question about the condition of the house and she said “did you see the pictures?!” I would expect an agent to be more professional and elaborate a bit on the house to a potential buyer. Denise Lauth was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was superb. We were kept informed throughout the process. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond many times during the sale of our family home. I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.
