This is NOT a pool review — this is a character review. I’m writing about Signature Pools, their leadership, and their team during the “Blizzard of ’26” in North Wilton. I often wonder what makes a business successful. What’s the secret sauce, so to speak? Well, today I saw firsthand that a business that goes the extra mile without a customer even asking is one that will always win. Signature Pools opened our pool yesterday.
