There’s supposed to be security but the apartment complex constantly has people dumping tires and trash around the complex. Huge stack of tires near the mailbox and it’s been there for a minute. You pay this sky rocket amount for rent and there tires when you walk to the mailbox ! The property itself is nice and slightly secluded. Right along the green river trail, there are great paths to walk and incredible views. The river borders most of the complex and we only have two entrances. This is great in that we are somewhat hidden from Kent itself. That has not prevented multiple car thefts from occurring, which security does not seem to care about and even the groundskeepers were annoyed when I reported broken glass from my car and two others. Before you decide to move here, make sure you check other apartment communities available and their prices comparable to here. Prior to moving in my offer was listed at $300 more than other communities in the area, only reason I chose here is because the other community could not have my apartment ready by my move out. And Signature Point pushed my move in date back twice. People park in the handicap without a handicap which is frustrating but they will tow you if you park in the firelane. They are ants in the apartments should call pest control also the garage they have mice and you can tell by the poop they leave behind.
