I spent a total of 12 years at this place, i had my truck harvested for parts by thieves, my license plate stolen, Gas siphoned! The theft at this place was brutal and I had to break my lease! Now there are charging me almost 12 thousand dollar's to me! I didnt destroy my apartment, but they are about making money off of people! Never will I rent from this place again!
Beautiful complex that’s surrounded by the green river, cool community events and timely maintenance. Renewed our lease for a 2nd year.
Don't move here, if you never want to be able to park next to your apartment. The staff doesn't care at all about their tenants either. For what they charge. Dont do it to yourself.
Please consider the following that I encountered after renting for 1 year: 1. 3am Train noises (look up Kent Railway), you will be awoken all throughout winter. 2. Parking overflow, parking is commonly taken by non-residents or guests. Come home late and you can't park, at all. Good luck. 3. Common vehicle thefts, it's Kent and they sell themselves as a "fancier establishment". It's a targeting ground, be real. 4. Predatory move-out fees. There's a reason the lease is so thick.
