If I could give no stats I would. Very bad experience. Very unprofessional agency. Disrespect aides. They don't know their jobs. The aides raise their voices to the client. Don't do their tasks. Talk back to the client. Want to take 2 30 minute breaks. Plus more breaks. The administration raise their voices to the client. Refuse to listen to the client about issues with the CNA's.
