Edit**** Today 03/12/25 I called and spoke with Victoria. I was informed that since my balance was SOLD to collections anytime she completes a reference for me she will state that I owe Signature Place a balance. That does not make sense if my balance was sold it should show a zero balance with you all correct ! I have also paid off the collections payment awhile ago.(no longer on my credit) My issue is with signature place ! This has been our home for 23 years, and at 80 years of age, with my husband four years younger, it has helped us maintain our fitness and independence of almost a quarter of a century. Our 3B/R town house is located on the edge of a woods, that at this time of year is magnificent. We love our spacious apartment, and though it is forty years old, management keeps it well maintained. My wife and I stop to look at the property just shopping around knowing we were going to move out of our current apartment.
