I am currently being sued by this company which is signature place or the the new place renew. This is Trinity management. Do not rent from them. They give u a month free because that's the only way to get you there. I will upload all the pictures of mold and thousands of dead ants that were in my place from horrible up keep. I complained and when the maintenance told me that the manager would not fix it I gave them a week. I talked to management, I gave them my keys and now I'm being sued. I'll upload pics soon.
