I’ve loved living here. Renewing for another year. The neighborhood is very quiet and apartments are good for their price in midland. The maintenance guys Roman and Kevin are super fast and responsive to anything I need and always do whatever they need to do to get my issues fixed.
I have to say the apartment complex is exceptional. The employees are quick to repairs, friendly, understanding and very considerate. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you for the hospitality.
Decent apartments for their age. Very quiet neighborhood. Rarely loud music or parties.
So far since I’ve been there, they have messed up paperwork and they didn’t want to fix my AC. They do not notify you that they are coming to fix anything so that you can leave the dead bolt unlocked. They do not follow up with you on anything! You have to bug them! Then most of the time they leave early
