I currently still live here and would not recommend living here. The maintenance team, aside from like one employee, can’t seem to fix anything I submit issues on. I have submitted 10 work orders over the past few months on various things from a broken garbage disposal, which took 4 alone because no one showed up for the first 3, to my A/C not being able to keep my apartment below 80 degrees. A friend of mine lives here and the pool chairs have been melted all summer. We figured they would be fixed soon but its been like this for over three months.
If I could give 0 star, I would. Do not be fooled by what the leasing office tells you. I was told twice by the staff that the carpet in every unit is replaced after a tenant moves out. That was a major reason I signed the lease. After moving in, I discovered that the carpet was not new at all. I found a pile of dried, used contact lenses which is just disgusting. I guess this means they didn’t even do basic, very basic cleaning. Considering how much they charge you as “cleaning fee” after you move out this is crazy. The man... read more
I do live here seevice is too slow I have request over 5 months and it is not fixed so far. It is one of the worst experinses I have ever had. I do not recomend to live here. They will ask you to fix the thing you asked for but later on they will take few weeks and maybe months.
