Have always had positive experiences here.
I had my first baby with them and had a great experience besides some conflict with one provider. I’m now having my second child with this clinic and if I wasn’t as far along as I am I would go somewhere else. Not sure if they have taken on too many patients or what but you can’t get appointments and I set a record with a 3 minute visit with a provider last week. I feel like all my prenatal concerns have not been answered and I’m getting nervous as they still haven’t been answered.
Covid friendly. Wait time to be seen was less than 5 minutes. All staff including the nurse and Dawn were very professional. They answered all my questions and took their time to make sure i was comfortable. I would highly reccommend.
If I could give no stars I would this place has went downhill. You can tell them your problems and they act like they don’t know what to do. They also charge my insurance for a service I never had, and I only found out when I was trying to book an appointment with a new place I will never go back they refuse to do certain test I could really give an example but I won’t just know it was very rude and very unprofessional!!!!!!!
