This is the WORST nail salon around. They are NOT mindful or respectful of your time. I had a 6pm appt, which somehow was not recorded (that should have been a clear sign to walk out!). instead of informing me of this error on their part they proceeded to act as if they could accommodate me. I waited over 40mins with my hands soaking in cold, hazy water. NOT relaxing or clean at all. There were only 3 technicians working on a Friday evening. That is VERY poor management.
