I had 2 different ladies to help me today. 1 did my feet and the other did my nails. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure costs 45 + 20 for gel. The manicure was 50 with gel. Then she talked me into paying an extra 10 dollars for " a clear coat before the polish, that will make it thicker" so my total after tipping was $145. They got me in and out so fast I didn't have time to turn on the chair or even adjust it. Both of them accidentally cut me. 30 dollars for a gel color change on toes and 35 on hands just to drill off polish and polish it and they couldn't even make sure the polish wasn't in my cuticle or smooth as a nail tech myself if I was charging that much for a 15 minute service I would atleast made sure the polish was atleast laid nice I don't mind paying for services as long as they are done right not to mention the lady that did my toes was rough and slammed the light on my toe once my first experience here was great but after today negative I'm very disa... read more

Horrible customer service. Would not accept balance on gift card that was purchased. They also charged a $2.00 convenience fee the first time the gift card was used. Card was bought with cash and they charge a fee.

Charged $72 for a fill. I was so disappointed with the price that I was not giving a standard tip. When the charge went through, the total was $92!!! I did not get the paper copy of my receipt to file a dispute with the credit card company. Never again!
