Horrible customer service. Would not accept balance on gift card that was purchased. They also charged a $2.00 convenience fee the first time the gift card was used. Card was bought with cash and they charge a fee.

Charged $72 for a fill. I was so disappointed with the price that I was not giving a standard tip. When the charge went through, the total was $92!!! I did not get the paper copy of my receipt to file a dispute with the credit card company. Never again!

Never EVER buy a gift card from these people. They're a rip off and will take your money claiming it's a "policy". Lol! A gift card that you've already purchased should never "expire". It's already been bought so they literally take your money and you don't get anything in return. If I could give them a 0 star review I would. I could tell when she said, "let me look and see if it's expired", that is was going to be. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE IN ELLIJAY!!!!

The ladies were very sweet and the salon was decently clean. I typically get my nails done @ another shop, about every 3 weeks, but they are closed for the week. I usually pay $45 for a fill in there and always tip $20. However I’m having a hard time accepting that I paid $110 for a fill in on my nails here for the same exact service I get @ the place I regularly go to. $122 all together with tip.
