Got a French gel manicure, cost $55 +$2 fee for using my credit card (signs at the register to warn you of this ahead of time) + $10 tip = $67. Went in the day before Thanksgiving without an appointment around 2pm. They took me in right away. The whole thing took about 35 minutes, so it was pretty quick. I noticed the girl didn’t push the cuticles back; I’m hoping that doesn’t affect how long the gel manicure lasts. The lady I had, made the French tips the thickness I wanted (I had her adjust the thickness on the first nail ... read more

My grandma and I went to get pedicures together for my birthday and the two women who did our nails were not rude, but not hospitable or welcoming at all. My grandma complained that the woman was hurting her while doing her cuticles and filing her toenails and they just laughed it off. :( On top of that, my grandma asked for the second to basic pedicure and they just ignored it and gave her the basic pedicure plus a callus removal for an extra TEN DOLLARS. For what I paid, I am not too happy with the quality of the full set. The silver line I asked for was poorly drawn. You can see an obvious gap. I asked the tech to fix the lines and she argued with me about the glitter and went to fix it and drew a hasty silver line with the brush because she was too concerned to work with the next customer to take her time and make it right. As I was getting ready for bed I noticed the thumbs nail starting to detach and it hasn’t even been12 hrs. I got full set and pedicure for almost $250 ... read more

I went here several times and felt that it was overpriced for what they do for you. Gel manicure was $60 last time I went. It was a different person. The other girl that I’ve had in the past charged $50. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. They don’t even give you a hot towel. The gel lights are old and dirty. The stations are dirty. The pedicure was marginal with polish application sloppy. They try to upsell you for everything. They could have a booming business if they cleaned up the salon and gave fair pricing. They... read more
