I have Ben a client of Signature Nails for over 18 years. Lovely personnel, serene environment, clean tools, and no sales pressure. Highly recommend.
Let me preference this by saying that my issues with my service are not due to fault with the tech. The booking system allows for notes to be added (photo attached) but this is NOT something that the tech has any way of seeing. My tech was friendly, gave firm scratches, and did a good job overall. That said, I'm highly allergic to menthol and get chemical burns from it. My assumption, was that the system would have let my tech know about my comment. Very creative nail beauty, I like it
So so so disappointed. I come here sometimes with my mom and usually they are nice and good. I went alone this time and was just treated like a crazy person for trying to use my friend’s coupon because she didn’t need it. I was so upset that they were being like this to me, so unnecessary. One of my nails is chipped and I got them done 5 minutes ago. I had to cure them more at home with my own UV light because the paint was still wet.
