The store is clean and pleasant, having a receptionist really helps. And my nail professional was super personable, sweet, attentive Update : have been a regular now for a year - never let down - best place by far. Every service a joy, each staff so gracious. My absolute favorite is Jennie - my new highlight is ‘magnetic cat eye’ gel mani - finding this place has truly been a blessing. Update : still a regular, still feel so cared for. No doubt this is the best place around - Best staff ever - Happy with my nails !
I am sure you saw this review coming.. went and got a gel manicure. Few things, I showed the tech a pic of what color I was looking for. As a nail tech professional, I would assume they can help find the right color. Not the case. A basic gel manicure took an hour and 15 minutes. I get my nails done every month so my nails are pretty well kept. So at that time, I just went the color due to timing. Mai did a wonderful job! She was kind, detailed, and fast. An acrylic fill and gel paint with design only took her an hour to complete and was very reasonably priced at $60. I got exactly what I wanted and am so happy with my beautiful nails!
Best nail salon around! They really pay attention to details and make sure that you’re getting what you want. I highly recommend!
Mai is the best! I can't recommend her enough. She is so great at what she does, has such a fine attention to detail, and is wicked fast. She is so good to her clients and always goes above and beyond. For me it's the little things: holding up my hands to make sure my nails are even when filing and using a fine file to get any gel/dip powder residue out from under my nails. Whatever her technique is, my nails always hold up much longer than other places I've gone.
