Always clean & fresh. Staff is very friendly & efficient. Tony does a great job on my nails & so does whichever tech does my nails.
These are time wasters. First, I walked in and no one acknowledged or greeted me. Second, I waited for 45 minutes without being attended to. Even when they saw me leaving, no one bothered to check on me or apologize. Very disappointing customer service.
I love that I tried something different and the color is always pretty the style was requested and the nail tech TY he always get it just like I like it.
Please do not go to this nails salon until they do better. I asked for a manicure. I was charged $40... When I questioned the lady why...she said, we do this if you don't tell us which one. A shame! My nails are short and I just wanted a manicure today. They strive on sales and increase. Be ware!!
Love the service u receive there every time I go! Staff is always polite and my nails come out beautiful every time!!! I definitely recommend !
