Terrible service, I am very disappointed, lack of interest in the patient
Understaffed as hell, doctor there misgendered me the whole time and waved off things because she “was old” despite me telling her multiple times that I am transgender and have been taking hormones. Did not take me seriously whatsoever on procedures that I wanted. Only good thing was that I was seen early.
Dr. A is amazing. Best OBGYN I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and super sweet and caring.
Don’t even bother making an appointment I went in for surgery Feb 7 and I still haven’t got a call back for a follow up appointment so I have no idea how the surgery went I’ve called sent emails the medical assistant answering the phone says they gave her my messages it’s ridiculous
