First time visiting. I’m very impressed. Everyone is so nice,kind and welcoming to patients.
Doctor I had before covid, abruptly cancelled my appointments during covid. I tried to get a new PCP and was bounced around on the phone like 5 times. Receptionists were extremely hard to understand, some of which answer the phone by say "yeah". Totally unprofessional. Their portal either has misinformation or the people who work there have no idea what they're doing. Flip a coin. So denied healthcare in MA, AGAIN. This place is to be avoided at all cost.
