The Medical Weight and Wellness that focuses on food choices and sometime weightloss meds is the one I’m part of. Dr. Gendreau has walked the walk in his personal life being over 300 pounds. He inspired me when things get hard obstacles get in the way. Brenda the nurse practitioner is also wonderful. They both have a lot of knowledge, compassion and understanding. They want to help and it shows. The nurses and the team that checks you out are top notch. Give it a try if your struggling.
When it was run by Dr Abeles it was great! My surgery was in Jan 2020. Now that she has left, the program is not what it was. 3 years out and I have no help to turn to at the office. No behavioral therapy or after surgical care. They do offer nutrition however I know what I need to do so that is not a valid appt for me. I have been experiencing stomach issues and I was not able to be seen by the interim surgeon because I was told they only see new cases.
