I see why this hospital is at a 2.5 They are very rude the way the nurses treat and speak to the patients is beyond me. The way the nurses just made me feel as a mom is mind blown. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
I've experienced a lot of pleasant, helpful treatment with them several times and for years now. My doctor promptly and accurately detected health defects and early bad signs; then provided appropriate treatment. Sending eprescription before I left the building. Staff are nice to me and my Mom/guest and place is clean and comfortable.
Don't believe them when they say we'll call you back. Sure, they call you back and put you back on hold again. I hung up after 2 hours. Mind you this was for a sick appointment. It's now been a 2 weeks of wasted time trying to see a doctor. Insurance and primary are about to change. Where do you turn? I can barely function!!
Have been playing phone tag with this establishment for far too long. You call and leave a callback message and still dont hear back. Waited 25 minutes on hold just for someone to answer, state they closed 5 minutes ago and hang up on me. Very little professionalism here.
DO NOT go here for your primary doctor. They charge a $180 facility fee. Most health insurance WILL NOT cover this. I had to pay $180 out of pocket for EVERY visit to my PCP. Switch to Atrius Health or a similar practice that doesn't charge facility fees. These are downright criminal.
