Have been playing phone tag with this establishment for far too long. You call and leave a callback message and still dont hear back. Waited 25 minutes on hold just for someone to answer, state they closed 5 minutes ago and hang up on me. Very little professionalism here.
DO NOT go here for your primary doctor. They charge a $180 facility fee. Most health insurance WILL NOT cover this. I had to pay $180 out of pocket for EVERY visit to my PCP. Switch to Atrius Health or a similar practice that doesn't charge facility fees. These are downright criminal.
If you dont have any time to waste, do not call this place! I was put on hold for 30 mins to get transferred to my Dr. 's office only to wait 15 mins and I gave up. I wasn't able to make a much needed appointment.
