This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical visit in my life. (And Im 65yo!) If I could assign a 0 to this review I would. I actually.left the office shaking I was so distressed by the doctor’s demeanor. Dr Lee was condescending, disrespectful, and arrogant. He never asked for a full history and interrupted and dismissed me when I began to provide more information I thought was relevant.. He was impatient and seemed to be annoyed with me. I will never set foot in Signature’s Orthopedic Dept again!
WORSE LOCATION!!!!! Don’t expect paperwork to be processed for more that 7-10 days unprofessional!!!!! Fax machine does not work so if your healthcare provider needed information they will never receive it until u physically show up to dept a find out oh there’s a fax issue! Go somewhere else!!!! They have a lot of workers but seems like DEI hires no one wants to do there job from workers up to manager that’s just the front desk doctors etc is great but the hurdle for your documents is lik getting a bill of congress signed e... read more
My experience with Dr. Richard Mulroy was excellent. He was thorough and right to the point which I appreciated. Not only is he helping me with my hip, he's also helping me with my knees. The whole staff was wonderful and very nice. I found my new Ortho medical group..
That office has a huge habit of talking about patients behind their backs. They are nice to ur face but so rude and disrespectful when u walk away. Never going back there. Plus the Drs are always behind on their patients
