I have given many chances and a lot of patience with this particular practice. When this facility changed to incorporate Sherman the practice and care changed to a more corporate environment. Kids and families are not shown care or concern more or less take a number and wait. Children 5 and under that don't have a fully developed immune system should be a priority and should be able to be cared for whether it be their specific doctor or their associate. Good luck getting a hold of anyone or making an appointment any time soon.
Since COVID it is very hard to get ahold of anyone at the office and the COVID procedures they have in place is way more work then necessary they need to find a more practical way. They are not very informative on what to do if you have COVID symptoms just that a dr will not see you and VERY rude on the phone
