Dr Valena is wonderful and then some. She has a common sense approach but ALWAYS explains why with medical facts including both past and current research/findings. Any question I have is responded to thoroughly and I never feel she is rushing me. She may be busy and some times you may wait a few minutes to be seen. That is because when you are there unexpectedly with a sick child, she shows you every courtesy an appointment would have. Her nurses are fantastic.
