I had a very disappointing experience with their lease manager, Justin Kim, who is now a Sales Manager. About 2 years into my lease of the CX-5, I was told there was an “urgent” matter regarding my lease that required me to come in person. I paid $180 for an oil change. When I went to look in my glove box all of my papers were crumpled and smushed together and I was missing several important gas receipts. I understand now that they have to open the glove box to get to the air filter however the way the workers left the items in the glove compartment after was disgusting! And now I'm out $100 for the missing receipts - which I know for a fact were in the compartment before the service. This is not the type of treatment I expect when paying $180.

Very nice service
I had a great experience purchasing a used CX-30 with the help of Igor recently. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout a couple test drives, answering any questions I had about the car.
