Ken is a fantastic induvial. I recently came in looking for a new vehicle , Ken assisted me answering all my questions and going over all the details of the 2 cars i was looking at. He's very polite and well spoken and didn't make me feel pressured at all. If you're looking at a vehicle from signature Mazda ask for Ken you won't be disappointed
I've witnessed unprofessional behavior at the service counter by one of the representatives. He displayed a lack of professionalism to both a collogue and a customer. It was the kind of behavior that makes you realize not everyone learns basic manners. In addition to this I had items stolen from my vehicle during my seasonal maintenance.
