Mindy is always polite and very helpful always a pleasure to go to the office
Completely unprofessional. Called and told us we were approved and to bring in the security deposit the next day. After getting the money order we were told we actually weren’t approved because one of us was and the other wasn’t and Donna from the office made the excuse of “it was on two pages and didn’t see the next page”. Well, Donna, it is your job to make sure you don’t miss those sort of things. Then couldn’t answer any questions as to why and said for just one of us to re-apply 30 days later. Logic? None. Steer clear.
The ladies who run the show seem very nice but are just like any other neglectful landlords. They take forever to get back to you on anything and falsely advertise. At least they did for my apt.
This place is so unprofessional. Donna is rude and irritated all the time. Simple questions cannot be asked without receiving an attitude. I will NEVER EVER rent through signature management again. They are fraud and do absolutely nothing to help their tenants.
