100% by far the worst management company out there. If you are a Homeowner, DO NOT use signature leasing. If you are a tenant, DO NOT rent a property managed by signature leasing. The service is at best sub par. If you have a problem, you will need to stay on top of it. Richard and Kyle will not voluntarily make sure the problem is fixed.
