I turned in my application on May 7th (a Thursday) at 7pm so they probably didn't get my application till May 8th. they checked my credit score within days (may 12th I got my credit email informing me of an inquiry). Customer service and response time is horrible. They don't want you to grow and one of the agents (K) was very rude when I bought a house and was trying to move. He made it seem like I was a villain for purchasing a home. I would not refer anyone from my experience, especially after trying to negotiate payments and they don't respond, yet ten months later you send a letter. Unsatisfactory!
