I had damaged a threshold and they came out quickly to replace it at a more than reasonable cost. Very professional and easy to schedule.
The installation job looked rushed and unprofessional. Screws were left loose and the door didn’t close properly. I had to hire another company to fix their mess.
We love our door, we ordered with an operable glass window and metal mesh screen. Customer service is fantastic.
