This hotel is completely SCAM,we paid and got the confirmation mail for reservation and they said they didn’t receive the payment but they charged from my credit card,and we should pay 100$ more than the price we booked.
They look ran down from the outside but feel real home like on the inside.
It initially reminded me of a Motel 6 because it was cramped and minimalist. But they had tried to update it and make it artsy. Unlike many of the reviews I read, I did not find it very clean after finding a few strands of long hair in the shower & on the bedsheets. There were also smudges of what appeared to be feces on the wall right behind the toilet paper holder in the bathroom (like someone had soiled hands when they reached for the tissue & touched the wall) and shoe marks on the wall above the dusty baseboards. Nice modern room, a little small, not much clothes space, no microwave, but otherwise fine with reasonable rate. Staff isn’t friendly, but not rude. Location is perfect next to Santa Clara University, tons of restaurants across the street and nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
