I don't normally do this but one of the Agent's there has a bag attitude even the receptionist was very short with me as I called in to speak with the broker to try to resolve the issue that their agent had with our agent. The transaction fell apart over a month ago because of financing and as we had the right to request the EMD be refunded back to us the agent the agent kept taking his time it's been over a month and the release letter has not been signed. The realtors from this agency are terrible to work with!!! They represented the people who bought our home and made the entire process very difficult. The agent never responded to our agents calls, emails, or texts and showed no respect for the fact that this process involves others. I would caution anyone who might be considering using these people to buy/sell a home.
