I believe this place used to be great, and it probably was. Unfortunately, when we signed a contract, the wheels started falling off of this place. After Signature, by contract definition, abandoned our project, there was over $50,000 of work unrendered. We were extremely patient and gracious with Robin. Unfortunately, the stalling persisted. The company doesn't stand behind their work, despite a one year written warranty. We had new shutters installed on the front of our home and when one of them came loose a few months later they wouldn't fix the problem. After two weeks of effort on my part to get them out to our home, they canceled two confirmed appointments and wouldn't respond to a third request. Not recommended.
Great service. Very professional, careful, and considerate. They fixed a glass display cabinet for me.
I’m a repeat customer because Daniel does excellent repair work. He is honest, efficient, and pleasant. Yesterday he attached artwork to a frame and hung it on the wall. Changed lightbulbs that were too high for me. Signature Home Services, his employer, is the business to call.
Great job on an extensive master bath remodel.
