Rented a property through a listing shown by Signature Home Realty. They rushed the process and while the property was beautiful for the year I lived there, the landlord they connected me with kept my entire $3000 deposit at the end of my lease despite the house being in pristine condition. I applied for a property I saw on Zillow , I contacted the listing agent by the name of Kelly Zhang, she setup a viewing, allowed me to come see the property which then I applied for . After paying my 135$ application fee she ignored my calls and text until I reached out to the main office. The office informed me that the rental was no longer available yet she took my app fee .
