We have had the best experience with Signature Home Health, Federal Way. Each provider has been not only knowledgeable and professional, but also helpful, caring, fun, thorough, thoughtful, kind, and so much more! I can’t say enough. They are the best!
The nurses are nice but after not being able to receive my ostomy supplies for 2 and a half weeks I had to change agency's. Signature had no backup plan when their supplier, Medline, failed to get my supplies to me. They finally had my supplies sent to their office but after I switched agency's they sent my goods back to Medline instead of me. For 3 weeks after I was released from the hospital, I had to live on samples and Amazon. It was because of the nurses why I stayed as long as I could ...but proceed with caution if you... read more
We are so happy with Reeva's care of my mother. Not only is she fun, personable & very caring. But she is also very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel so much better prepared to take care of mom now that Reeva has been with us. I am not nearly as overwhelmed. Reeva has given us many handouts to refer to, as well as samples of supplies (ie: water thickeners & sponge thingies on a stick to clean her mouth with. So overall we give her a 2 thumbs up and then some.
I work at the Life Care Center in Port Orchard and I'm part of the social services department. We work closely with Sharla, who is an absolute gem! Sharla always goes above and beyond to provide the best care for our residents. It's really heartwarming to see someone so dedicated to their work and the people they care for.
Our experience with the team at Signature Home Health was nothing but fantastic. The level of care and consideration was the highest. Specifically Reva and Brittney worked tirelessly with dad and achieved amazing results. We are grateful for their care.
