Completely unacceptable how RUDE the STORE OWNER was! They will not receive any of my future business nor will I recommend towards my friends except to tell them to stay away!!!
I absolutely LOVE this store and ALL of its employees!!! My entire home is furnished by this store. I had purchased a leather livingroom set about 18mnths ago and due to people sleeping on it and kids playing on it, the leather started to peel really bad and it looked awful to me. I went in to purchase a new set and after explaining to the guys what happened, they were able to offer me store credit to use on anything in the store which enabled me to purchase a brand new set!!!! I really thought that I was going to end up loving my shopping experience with these guys and found out today that I was wrong.
