By far one of the best experiences I have had at a furniture store! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The owner was fantastic and listened to our personal needs, treated us as if we were friends/family! Will definitely be returning to this store!
I had the most fantastic shopping experience!! Mark was extremely helpful and patient, helped me look through tons of stuff until I found the perfect items. We have never been to signatures home furniture. First they have a HUGE variety of furniture to pick from. The lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and all the furniture. We bought 2 catnappers recliners and we LOVE LOVE LOVE them. If anyone goes to knights to buy anything you must enjoy paying that 200 to 300 % markups. We got 2 very good chairs at excellent prices. My whole house is furnished from here!! Was told the manager that he would beat any price I found on what I wanted. Went to Ashley to look around, came back and he honored what he told me!! I will be back!!!
I had to drive around all over sherman to find mattress bags! Finally I went to Signature Home Furniture and they helped me right away and didn't charge me for the to two twin sized mattress bags that I desperately needed! Wonderful, friendly service! Will be visiting again very soon
They are very helpful but can get busy at times. Sometimes you just have to ask and tell them what you are looking for.
Twice I have walked into this store and not one person would ask me if I needed anything couldn't even get them to look up or acknowledge that you even walked in and no other customers where even in the store.
