I am 8 months pregnant and a Signature Healthcare patient in the Randolph office. I asked if I could use the bathroom and she asked if I was a patient and when I told her she said no. How care someone who offers care deny a pregnant person or anyone the use of a batbroom? She looked at me as if she had something against black people. I will be putting in a formal complaint.
