After stepping out of the hospital, I have been struggling with intense emotions, primarily frustration and resentment towards the care I received during my delivery. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at Brockton Hospital. My daughter and I waited for over 8 hours and were left in the hallway by the nursing station instead of being offered a room. During that time, we were never even offered a cup of water.The lack of compassion and communication from some of the nursing staff was very upsetting, especially while caring for a child.
