Sat in the ER with an open bleeding wound for 2.5 hours just to be told I wasn’t on the intake. I went through intake, they just are sloppy and don’t care about patients. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
So the nurse on B3 said, they'd call health care proxy back at 10:00, to see if patient took med's. Waited till 10:14 no call. So you call them and the nurse's attitude was, you told us not to call.. Last time I have someone admitted to that hospital. Then information desk, was supposed to have Head of nursing call or paged. Think you've heard, from them yet? Hell no! Labor and delivery was great for me but the security guards need to not act like police officers it’s a little ridiculous.
Sat in the waiting area with my 8 month old for over 3 hrs with his finger purple with no blood circulation and hanging by a thread fussy uncomfortable and in pain.
Are too busy for around an emergency room eating instead of taking care of the patient
