We, Tom Clark State Farm, enjoy being neighbors to Signature Health and Wellness! Although I am not a patient, the staff and Dr. Swauncy are aways in cheerful spirits when we encounter each other. They also participated in the recent 2nd annual FUN FAIR held in pur parking lot June 3rd 2017. This gave us a chance to give back to the community while also educated them at the same time. Best place hands down for all members of the family no matter the age! Super professional and the doctor actually listens and helps with every aspect of my health! The medical staff is like family! I'm blessed to have them for my medical needs! They take care of my whole family!
I have been going here for almost 2 years I love all the staff and the new doc is great she is so nice and caring. She asked questions about not only my health but over all how I'm doing. They always try to get me in asap easy to set appointments, flexible if I have to change or cancel. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish all of my interaction with Heath care professionals were as great as going to signature health and wellness �
