I just visited Signature Health & Wellness after deciding that I really needed to find a primary care provider, and I'm beyond thrilled to have found them. Not only was Dr. Swauncy incredibly nice and patient with me, the rest of the staff was phenomenal. I have severe anxiety, and Tina completely put me at ease. She even gave me some ideas for ways to help with my anxiety (which I went out and bought immediately), and I feel better now — the same day — than I ever did taking anxiety medication. Thank you!
Can confirm that THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I live nearby. I will call them they will NOT ANSWER! I will walk in the door and the front desk staff will be there filing her nails. SERIOUSLY! I will literally be in the parking lot, I will call them. No answer. Walk through the door to see the front desk rep sitting there doing nothing, with no patients in the waiting room. This is 100% true! You can try it for yourself if you don't believe me.
