I love how friendly the staff is, it feels like family coming in here, I just wish they had childcare, and a little more space between machines.
I enjoy going here more than any of the other gyms I've gone to in Dubuque. Great selection of equipment. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of classes. Really great value, and it's not purple.

Best gym ever in Dubuque. Clean, equipment is always well maintained, ownership is constantly present, great mix of senior citizens, middle-aged folks, body builders, young people, heavy people, skinny people, just a fantastic environment that makes it very comfortable for everyone. The price is cheaper than what I paid at other gyms 10 years ago. You just can't beat being welcomed by Pat's booming laugh when you walk into the place.
