When I tell you this place is an absolute disappointment. Please believe me. My sons case manager, EMMA, is the worst thing that could have happened to him. She has been his worker for over a year, and his family has literally and I mean literally done her job! The Supervisors are non interested in your compkaints, which I’ve made on numerous occasions, including taking Ubers/Lyfts to get answers. I’m part of my son care team. Absolutely horrible. My son is a patient there and had his number blocked by his case worker. I'm sure he was calling too much but he was desperately trying to avoid homelessness and get into a group home. Being blocked by case worker seems to be an ignorant and unprofessional move in my opinion. Called myself, wanting to explain the situation, didn't return my call either.
I have been going to Signature for a while and I love speaking with Lashonda Her energy and attitude is amazing she's always well groomed and friendly even over the phone and when we came across each other in the store I appreciate your kindness and your patience in dealing with people battling mental health we appreciate you.
I don't know what all these negative comments on here are about. All I can say is really good things about all the people who work here. Thank you for caring and fixing the problem not just masking it with medicine..
