I’m writing this because I watched my wife deal with a very unprofessional situation with this stylist. She booked an appointment with Chasity Dawson at Signature Hair Studio and paid in advance. The appointment was changed without her consent, and the platform marked her as a no-show even though she never approved the change. I was recommended to this stylist by a supposedly seasoned stylist. I went is this shop with Faith and high hope but what I got was disappointment, shame depression.. After she gave me wrong color TWICE, She promised to redo my coloring in three days. I text her she promised to call me with a date and time to come ack. I never hear back from her.
