CHATNEY is the worst! DO NOT go to her! If I can give her zero stars I would. I also witness the terrible customer service skills she has. There are better stylist with better customer service than this person somewhere else in the area. As you see from other reviews… I am not the only one who feels this way.

I booked an appointment with Chatney Dawson, the owner of Signature Hair Studio who also does hair services in Murrieta, CA and paid in advance through StyleSeat. The appointment was canceled and rebooked without my knowledge or consent, which caused me to be marked as a “no-show.” I never approved the change, and no service was provided at all. I’m writing this because I watched my wife deal with a very unprofessional situation with this stylist. She booked an appointment with Chasity Dawson at Signature Hair Studio and paid in advance. The appointment was changed without her consent, and the platform marked her as a no-show even though she never approved the change.
