I had some major renovations done in the back that was held up due to last summer’s extremely high temps and bags of concrete and building materials covered my back yard most of the summer. I have been with Sprout Tech since they first started because Andy is so honest and has helped me so much with my frustrations. They are truly awesome and I am finally getting my pre-renovation yard back.
I haven’t had a chance to use their service yet due to unforeseen circumstances, but Andy and Robin have been incredibly kind and understanding throughout the rescheduling process. I’ve had to reach out multiple times to adjust the schedule, and each time has been a great experience. I truly appreciate their patience and professionalism—I can’t wait for them to get started!
Our first visit with Sprout Tech and were very pleased with David. He explained what he was going to do and why and we received a written document verifying his work on our yard today. First time any one took soil samples to see how they could improve our lawn. So glad we are using them now.
The response to coming out to evaluate my lawn was efficient. David, the technician, was very polite , patient with answering all my concerns, and professional. He offered various options for my consideration. Pictures were taken to share with his supervisor for additional opinions/verification. I am thoroughly pleased with today's experience and will use their services. Thank you.
