I have been a patient of Dr. Chow for over 25 years. Over that time, he has expertly taken care of my eyes’ health. Also over that period, I have been served by his staff in a friendly and professional way. Signature Eye Specialists is a state of the art facility. I continue to be very satisfied with my overall experience.
I found the communication regarding my cataract surgery to be very disappointing. Despite having many questions, I was simply told to 'let them know' when I decided to proceed. As a patient with very little knowledge of the procedure, it is nearly impossible to make an informed decision without proper guidance or an explanation of the risks and benefits.
