Another unsatisfied customer.. I made a booking through booking.com , paid the full deposit at time of booking. Due to circumstances had to cancel not long after and as everyone else here has stated. NO REFUND. All attempts to contact via email and phone is never responded. 5 months later still no refund and booking.com is not supportive as well.
If I could give no stars I would. I agree with Vivek Gupta, do not trust this company. They take your money and cancel accommodation at the last minute and do not refund your money. My story is very similar if not the same to Vivek. I could have written it work for word except that the reason for the cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances.
