I recently visited the Powell location for my first appointment on 5/28/24, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service I received from the receptionist, Olivia, and the manager, Joshua. Discriminated against at this clinic; poor service.
This is a friendly place but they have no males on their professional staff. Skin exams can be very intimate. So, before you send your teenage son there check with him to make sure he is comfortable with being undressed and having at least two women seeing all of his skin.
