Went in to have a few moles removed; took two appointments to get it done. Other services came with no resolution at all, just substandard guess work. If you’re going to charge someone nearly two hundred dollars just to walk in the door, it would behoove you to know what you’re dealing with, and render proper treatment resulting in resolution. I recently visited the Powell location for my first appointment on 5/28/24, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service I received from the receptionist, Olivia, and the manager, Joshua. Discriminated against at this clinic; poor service.
This is a friendly place but they have no males on their professional staff. Skin exams can be very intimate. So, before you send your teenage son there check with him to make sure he is comfortable with being undressed and having at least two women seeing all of his skin.
