I got great smile and great deal at signature dental. I had front crown since last 10yrs and whenever I smile my friends notice that crown. Dr. Modi made perfect crown and color. Now I can smile confidently. I highly recommend Dr. Modi.

I live in sanora, one of my friend recommended Dr. Modi. Initially I was hesitated but as soon as I entered office I felt very comfortable. Office staff was very inviting they treat me like family and took care for minor need. There was digital x-ray which had very low exposure and better picture quality. Dr. Modi explained each x-ray and detail of his finding which was not informed by my previous dentist also he found reason of my chronic sensitivity and pain. Dr. Modi is very empathetic and skilled. Prices are good. His assistants are very pleasant. On the downside, office is unprofessional as far as his screaming kid running around, dirty office and over booking.
I have to admit Signature dental offers affordable prices. The faciltiy could use a cleaning and a facelift. It does get really cramed and with only one dentist, sometimes you get stuck waiting 2 hours in the dental chair just twisting your fingers hoping that you'll get out by the end of the day. Good prices and good work.. But is it worth the wait and subpar cleaniliness? You be the judge.
Dr modi a good doctor but is very busy and rushes his task ..since hes the only dentist.. I was vey upset when he couldnt get the job done the first day..he seams like he trys to cram as many ppl as he can to get money but doesnt finish the patients hes working on..
Dr. Modi was great, his staff was friendly and he took his time to explain my options. I paid cash and got a really good deal.
