Recommendedthis is the first time that I've had to use them and from picking up the rental car dropping off my car and all of the communication they were more than I expected. I would definitely be back if I need any more collision repairs!
I set up an appointment in advance to have an estimator get the information needed to start the process to get my car fixed. I showed up to my appointment only to find out that the estimator had called out and I was not notified. My time was not valued enough to call and reschedule the appointment.
Worst experience ever! My husbands van went into the shop over 3 months ago. It was May 1st to be exact. We received texts weekly saying it would be completed by this date, then that date. The van continued to be pushed back. We were patient but when we finally called and spoke with an employee, they told us that Geico vehicles take priority. That would have been nice to know.
