They lie about when your car is ready and don’t care how they inconvenience you when you have to take an Uber to get there. Nobody likes to do their job right anymore and I’m sick of it. Find another body shop if you must get repairs done. It’s been more than a week when I was originally told it would take 3-4 days and now I have to wait another weekend because uNFOrTunatELy people don’t know how to communicate. What a joke!
A1 in Customer Service! They go above and beyond in every way. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized they were. They gave text updates as to the status of my vehicle. Everyone i interacted with there was so friendly! Carlos and the lovely receptionist are the VIPs there!
Great experience here handling a claim with GEICO; They helped be on top of the communication regarding repairs and keeping me in the loop regarding updates.
