I took a car there for an estimate. They declined to give me the estimate. They told me the insurance would let me know. But later the insurance company claimed I never took the car there. This place is ridiculous.
I recently took my Hyundai to Crash Champions for paint work, and I had a great experience overall. Blake was the one who helped me through the entire process, and he was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. The repairs were done on time and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.
