Worst agency ever they don't care about their clients. No compassion the aides sometimes don't show up. Had a great aide and they fired her unprofessionally if I could give them a zero I would
Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Inconsistent. I don't understand how they are an agency that specializes in senior care when the well being of their clientele seems to be of least priority. Communication between families is nonexistent and there seems to be a lack of respect for people's time and schedules. My family recently signed up with this place and the turn over with aides within 3 weeks has been absurd!
