Horrible service.. I got an office here almost two months ago and not only did I have problems with the office space, the workers of the company especially TYE TAYLOR, comes to work with an attitude, and treats tenants disrespectfully. She always has the wrong answer to situations then blames the tenants.. My problems never got resolved and my refund never got refunded. I have requested my refund back multiple time only for them to tell me they closed my case without refunding my retainer or my outstanding balance!!! It’s been almost two months and they refuse to respond to me about my money THATS OWED TO ME !! Lawsuit definitely coming. I’m going to make sure this company is under the ground. This is a very predatory company. I signed up for only a month lease that should've ended more than a month ago and I have been consistently overcharged and have been directed to at least 4 difficult people to solve my issues which have all led to nothing happening. I have been told by THE COMPANY'S OWN REPRESENTATIVES that their own SALES AGENTS just like to "make promises sometimes."
