i'm paying for a service that I'm not even getting. They requested that I send an email to have my packages sent to my home address. I still haven't gotten anything!!
Paid for an ongoing monthly lease a week ago for move in today. Here now and they had no clue who I was or that my lease was starting today. Can’t even move in to my office or get access without someone manually letting me in.
What a disappointment?! Coming from a Virginia office to this location is night and day difference in customer support. Great office building, great view, hope you never have an issue or a complaint because you will never heard from them. Not a rant, just the truth. Three site managers in three months. What does that tell you?
